From David Shea...

This is the soundtrack for the film AM/PM by Belgian writer and director Herrman Asselberghs. The film is constructed from still photographs that use slow motion tracked camera movement across these photos accompanied by a text narrated about the internalised emotions of global media and terrorism.

A producer of Dial History Johan Grinoprezs film on the history of airplane hijacking, which I wrote the soundtrack for in 97', Herrman also created a tribute to the work of Chris Marker and his incredible 1962 film La Jetée. The inspiration of both these films influenced my score which I have edited here in it's dark combination of computer and acoustic instruments into a suite of six movements ...

The Film Series : Part I : AM/PM

This collection of releases will be sections and full soundtracks for film, video, video game and media projects which have never been released or were incorporated into my major concert and recorded works. No CD had ever been purely a soundtrack release as the projects were always linked or collaged from previous works. Early work from the mid 80s to soundtracks in the 90s and 2000s, to recent works in video game music and short films will all be released regularly in this series.
